one of my fren, what he did was little funny and i don't suggest u to do it.

He came to US on F1, he attend the college for spring semester and then he transfered to another college, he transfered to that college and again start going to college, but he just like that he quit going to college. Then again he let go that semester and the next coming one too. now what he did is he went back to college and told them he wanna be back, so he got admitted, so what i find in this case is that this my fren he didn't completely go to coolege for 2 semester and then again he got admitted without any hassel, without any hassel why ???? why ? and international advisor is gonna give him next i20 ?

he didn't even had to go for USCIS interview? do u have to go for interview if u gonna reinstate?
