We all have dreams. Some of us want to spend more time with our friends and families. Others want to do more with their free time, drive nice cars or live in a fancier homes. We all want a boss who cares about our well-being, a dream vacation, relief from a monthly bills, expenses and overflowing debt. And to achieve these dreams, all we have to do is work harder, longer hours. In doing so, our companies will take notice, pay us more money and everything will work out, right? WRONG!!!

The truth is, things are not going to go our way unless we make a change. But what kind of change? How can we revamp our financial priorities enough to secure the things we want our of life without starting over completely? Well, we could hit it big in the stock market - capitalism at its finest. The stock market is certainly ripe for making a killing, but it's just as easy to get killed. While millionairs are certainly made on Wall Street every day, just as many lose their shirts. Or worse.

Maybe a shift into a different field is more sure-footed and could help increase your earning potential. All it would take is additional schooling, and every year millions of people choose higher education as a means to imporve their lives. While it's an admirable and noble pursuit, it doesn't come cheap nor does it guarantee a better job. And remember, you're trying to squeeze more hours out of your day, not fewer, so where are you going to find a time to take a class? At night, meaning you'd be seeing even less of the family you don't see enough already. The reality is most people are already too busy to go back to school.

So what is the Plan? Is there an alternative? Is there a plan B???????

Feeling hopeless? Don't worry, there is a solution to your dilemma; the same dilemma shared by millions just like you and me who are looking for alternatives to the roads their lives have taken. It's an opportunity that has generated more than $100 billion worldwide.
EVER THOUGHT ABOUT OPENING YOUR OWN BUSINESS?

Statistics suggest you have - 96% of adults between the age of 25 & 44 have looked into starting their own business. In fact, 74% of millionaires in US own their own businesses. And many of them have never owned a business previously. They all had one universal trait in common that helped ignite their success, though, and that is COURAGE. They were willing to go where few had ventured before and never let a lack of experience stand in the way of their dreams.
So why aren't more people following the lead of these self-made millionaires and starting their own businesses? Because we are conditioned to fear change. We stay at jobs for their security, no matter how many dead ends we run into. We follow career paths that others recommend, no matter how ill-advised they may actually be. We buy into the myth that success is easy if we're willing to get a degree, work hard and invest wisely. It's safe, it's easy and, as you're quickly finding out, it's a LIE.

Think about the power that would come with being your own boss, setting your own hours. It sounds great doesn't it? But like a lot of your peers, you've probably found business ownership doesn't come cheap. Unfortunately, franchise fees can range from $20,000 to $1 millioon, meaning the average franchise is not for the average person. And we haven't added in insurance, employees, marketing, office space.....
Owning a business means you're working eight days a week, opening the store in the morning and locking its doors at night. So you might ask what will people like you and me do? What kind of business should I open or be part of? Do i want to own a franchise and pay upfront fees and royalty every month?

How about a Home Based Travel Agency? Have you ever thought about owning your own travel agency?

This is the travel business that I have recently started. I finally got it up and running this weekend. I am now up to 6 people signed up under me.

If you go to the www.airtocruise.com this is my main page. Click booking to book your next trip and save.

Now if you or your spouse or your friend that wants to start up their own at home business for less than $500.00. There are no products to sell, no quota's to meet.

YTB is ranked in the top 30 fastest growing companies in the USA. They are a publicly traded company (OTCBB) YTBL.PK

Here is a brief summary and some perks.

The cost to buy your own agency is $449.00, there is a monthly web hosting fee of $49.00 (until you sign up 6 people, then the hosting fee is waived) but you make 50% for everyone you sign up.

What you are buying:

You are purchasing your own company, you receive a Website, and the right to sale other agencies, you also become a official Travel Agent with picture and credentials. (You chose your own domain name)

Benefits:

1. You receive discounted travel, upgrades etc. because you are a travel agency there are certain courtesies extended to you by various hotel, airline, theme parks, cruise lines etc. Why? Because they want you to refer your clients to their facilities. These are called Fam trips (familiarity trips) These are also tax write offs.

2. You get 60% commission on all booking from your site.

3. You receive 50% match commission from everyone you sign up after you reach your 4 th sale of an agency. (your site counts as 1)

4. When you sale 6 you get a $1000.00 bonus check, and for every 6 that either you sale or someone you sign up sales you get an additional $1000.00. So you sale 3 someone else sales three you get $1k. When your down stream gets to 12 another $1k. and so on. When you hit 500 you make director status and receive $100,000 life insurance, group health insurance (Free) and minimum of $2000 salary per month. At 2000 reps signed under your entire organization you receive $50,000 bonus, 5000 reps $100,000, 10000 reps $250,000, 25000 reps $1,000,000 bonus.

5. Now that seems like a lot but in fact those who sign up to build this as a home business will be work horses for you, you may not even know who is selling but your organization continues to grow like a pyramid, but with no end.

6. You receive a website that all you have to do is create a catch domain name, that's it. Nothing to maintain everyone site looks the same. But what is going to get people buying from you is the low cost that they receive. Just ask them to compare your site to Travelocity, or Orbitz or whomever, it only takes another 30secs. If they are going to travel they are going to search for the lowest fares.

7. You also have the ability to do more in-depth travel planning as a regular travel agent will do, you make huge commissions off of booking cruises and vacation trips.

8. The site also gives you an unlimited amount of emails addresses you can enter for email campaigns, simply put in as many of your friends, family and associates and they will receive regular travel specials on your website.

9. You also receive $50.00 for every agency you sign up.

Contact me for a one on one overview, and travel better, travel for less, earn extra $$.

Your first family vacation savings pays for your investment.

You may ask why Travel Agency. Here is why;
Travel industry pulls in approximately $1.3 trillion annually in the United States and almost $7 trillion worldwide. Economists have identified four principal trends that could mean significant growth in the travel industry.

Trend 1:
Baby boomers - the generation born between 1946 - 1964. They will have huge effect on the travel industry. There are nearly one billion baby boomers worldwide and the first of them are turning 60. These 60-year olds are facing retirement, which occurs at a rate of 1 person per eight seconds for the next 20 years. An what will these newly retired baby boomers do when they retire? Travel, of course.

Trend 2:
The travel industry is growing 23 percent faster than the global economy. With such a growth, a boom is on the horizon. In fact, travel is expected to double to $14 trillion worldwide in the next 10 years.

Trend 3:
The continued growth of Internet e-commerce will sustain online travel sales. Consumers are spending billions on the Internet, and travel is the fastest-growning segment of that trend.

Trend 4:
Statistics show that small and home-based businesses are the fastest-growing segment of the US economy. Home-based travel sellers are fastest-growing segment in the travel agency community. With large and mid-sized companies are downsizing and outsourcing, corporate America offers little promise for job security. That's why people are turning to home based business.

OPPORTUNITY KNOCKS. ANYONE HOME????
