I cann't get it installed because I don't have the installation key. http://www.oracle.com/technology/books/index.html When I use the key that above link gives, it doesn't work. Anyone has installed recently? It's Oracle9i Developer Suite, release 2. I think they stopped supporting this, but there's gotta be someway to install.

Batuwa Goto oracle.com/downloads and find oracle 9i developer suite. Then download and install it. You don't need a license for using it just for development but you do have if you go to production which you don't care about now i guess.

Batuwa Who told you that they don't support 9i, they even support 6i and will continue to support. Yes, definately 10g DS can run on 9i database. I am having a feeling that you are just starting in Oracle. Please read some books or goto http://www.otn.oracle.com and update yourself. Good luck.
