If you want to recreate everything, why don't you take a DB back up and then restore in prod.

no i dont want to recreate it, i have do it without recreating it and when u do dts, it will load data too. i dont want that either. just table structure and some store procs.

Create the scripts of tables and stored procedures if you want to just create table and stored procedures. It is very simple stuff.

Xbox, i would do what Micky Mike suggested. It is prestty straight Forward.

Hey Xbox and Micky Mouse, are you guys SQL Server DBA? I am curious as i am also a SQL Server DBA(just started)...i think you guys might be able to help me out when i run into issues.

Yes I do lot of database stuff in SQL 2000 and 2005. Thats good idea we can exchange our knowledge for our best.
