If you collect-filter out and list only names without showing statistical data, are you sure that the presentation is correct? Do you trust him or her? He says 80% or 90% .... kind of numbers, but is that number verifiable? Imaginary data does not make his writing worth reading. He lists Hisila Bhattarai (Yami) – Physical Planning as bahun chhetri? Yami is Newar, oops, yes she is married to bahun baje Bhattarai. So, Yami's ethnicity is changed? or Mr. Giri does not know that Yami is not a bahun. This is how this man's writing is a mangadante: taptipe. Yes, he had some effort in collecting these names, but I feel that he was ambusing readers, and provoking them without a verifiable statistical data. Collecting a few does not validate his imaginary writing.
I know that Bahun-Chhetri overrun most of education based jobs, but when a writer present a number, it should be verifiable. But, he fails. If you don't have real data, then mention that it is your guess or provide reference to someone else data: usually NepaliTimes.com does such researches because Kunda Dixit is one of the reliable person in such area, I believe.
