What is tricky and intersting? it's a simple fraud.. they fake 1o years of experence workin in some big arse US company located in USA and put their dhoti counterparts as references while the guy is still in India....There are some smart ones but most outsourced companies are there for cheap labor... and they enter any country and manupulate it... fiji, uganda, south africa, England,Nepal, bangladesh, US- you name it... they go to just about any companies or country and manupulate the system... create kios in the the system built by trust and respect with fake things....although violence is not the correct answer , smart people should be catious with these kinda cunning race....

Dhotis are not doing favor by hiring Nepali students in their gasstations and motels. they pay them like shit and manupulate them.. by hiring Nepali cheap labor they are saving tons of money which they would have to on paying employee taxes and high labor cost. The hardworking , realibility, and desperation to work long hours without complains are the reasons for them to get hired.. not because a dhotis like to do favor to Nepalis.. they hire , but for their own selfish reasons...

ImI and others should know that students working for dhotis are mostly in texas , NM, some parts of cali and places like AL... that number was large few years ago...because most Nepalis in US were students.. now more legal Nepali are in the society who won green cards and work permits.. and most Nepali now a days do not work for dhotis.. looking at some students working in gas stations in texas don't mean all Nepali in US work for indian gas stations... if you want to talk about steriotyping, in USA gas station attendents are Indians ( remember appu from simpsons??) with funny accent.
