Indian Idol Prashant Tamang
This video is dedicated to the man himself, Prashant Tamang,
a wonderful human being - despite being a celebrity has not one bone in his
body that demands attention. Humble, down to earth, respectful and appreciative
of all who had a hand in making him who he is today.
This video is also for those two people, who are closely
linked to Prashant professionally at this time, who I saw as a big brother and a
big sister to him - in their care and love for a young man whose life has
changed so much so soon.
This video is exclusively offered also, in appreciation to
all who came to the just concluded Prashant Tamang’s US Tour 2007. In each and
every city, Prashant enjoyed the myriad of different audiences. A childhood
dream he had to visit the U.S.
was not only realized but was enhanced by all the love every one of you adoring
fans showered on him.
And on a personal note, as hectic and exhausting as it was
accompanying Prashant to different cities, it has been one of the most
wonderful chapters in my life. From meeting and knowing the Idol himself to meeting
all who were involved in organizing the shows in Washington, DC on December 1,
Boston, MA on December 2 and Atlanta, GA on December 9, 2007 – you know who you
are; I look forward to meeting with you again.
