There is a duet going on between Maoist Supremo Prachanda and NA Supremo Mr. Katuwal. From professional point of view, Mr Katuwal may be right. But is it the right time to speak about the political process by the NA Chief or is it a ploy to distract people's attention from CA election?

The NA Chief has every right to speak on a matter that involves the NA or else there will be no freedom of speech and thus no democracy in Nepal. No one knows NA better than him, not atleast Prachanda or his Maoists groups. And General Katawal is 100% right in saying that the politically motivated Maoists should not be integrated in the political-free national army, otherwise, it will be next to impossible to prevent a disaster.
