BE CAREFUL with BHANDARI TAX SERVICE . He is a terrible tax helper. He is trying to make some money fooling to innocent Sajha users. He had messed up few people's tax return last year including one of my friends. Be careful. Do not let this person mess up your tax which might cause delay in your tax return process and/or IRS could come after you. DO NOT MESS WITH IRS getting CHEAP service from this stupid BHANDARI TAX SERVICE. I would suggest everyone to go to any reliable person, not Saale Chor Bahun Bhandari.

I think Sailendra Has big grudge with Mr. Bhandari. If someone works as agent with license  has to fulfill his or her responsibility not matter.He is not a NIM HaKIM.
Without apparent  reason you can not run advertisement anaingest any person. I think you went to USA with the NEPALI culture ( ghusya babu aama ka chhora chhori ).

May be you wanted free and he / she did not provide . I might be the case.

What ever you wrote to Bhandari, actually you are the one all applies, do not be proud of Khasi, (chhetri) you have shown your 1000% stupidity. DISREGARD SUCH STUPIDITY.

Mr. NayaSadak, I am 100000% sure that you must be either Bhandari or his well wisher. I am just trying to save other Sajha Users from getting trouble from his  tax work. That's it.

MAN BE POSITIVE, NO NAME CALLING, EVEN BIG TAX FORM HAS PROBLEMS, AND HE MUST BE LICENSE HOLDER AND YOU CAN DRAG HIM WITH A PROFESSIONALLY  AND SOLVE THE CASE.
YOU DO NOT HAVE CASE, JUST GOING NEGATIVE AND SHOWING ATTITUDE NOF BEING  CHHETRI OR SHAH OR SOMETHING ELSE.

He messed up one of my friends tax filing last year that caused my friend ended up paying interest & penalty to IRS.

If it is the mistake of Mr. Bhandari, he should back up his profession.  Some times, if you have worked many places may miss one or two, in that case it is the burden of Tax Payer to bring all tax related documents. Some schools even whit held retirements and you do not know. Your money is given back to you will be charged 10% penalty for early withdrawal and that is taxable income. If you miss some important information Tax preparer can not do any thing, other than amend the tax.
I am just trying to give a scenario not backing up any body. There is less chances of doing mistakes by tax preparer.

You are right on that situation BUT it is not good if a tax preparer does a mistake in math. Its not good, if a tax preparer takes unallowed credits without knowing any details. Thats  what Bhandari Tax Service did to my friend that caused him to pay extra money. In the beginning, Bhandari made my friend happy showing him that he would get around $1500 refund. After couple months, my friend got a demanding letter from IRS asking him to $600 that includes penatly and interest. I would say my friend is lucky that I got notified by IRS soon. Imagine, if he gets caught after few year.

Stop the bashing now. It is over. No use fighting on these issues. It is good that some folks are willing to help fellow Nepalese for free and it would be good if someone prepares some guidelines for filing taxes.

If a student wants to file taxes, I have some prepared document which I can forward to you all but because one of my friends prepared it, I cannot paste it here. Message me and I will send the information individually.
