I have applied for SSN two week before and hope to receive it at the end of the march. I am  also planing to apply for H1-B in this April. I think its compulsory to show three payments at the time of filing. can any one please suggest me, is it compulsory to show three payments and if yes, is there any way my situation fits for it?

i think u need to show pay stub only while stamping your passport not for applying. After u get an approval for h1b then u need to go outside the country and get ur passport stamped(not necessary unless u want to go outside US)

the only thing u need to get for applying h1b is company sponser and ur bachelor or masters degree.
