It may not be a good suggestion to suggest someone who intent to stay longer to go to local Post Office and get couple 1040 forms and instruction book read it thoroughly before you ask any question. May be I am sarcastic but it is reality, unless you do not have little knowledge about US tax you are going to file.

As well as will there be any problem if I don’t file 1 W2 in 3 as I am having problem to get that?
Please, try to acquire some knowledge on tax then we will be happy to answer you. I did not get what you are trying to know?
If you have not received the W-2 forms, ask your employer and they must provide you by the end of February. If you did not have it, you can file tax if you have the last pay check stuff of 2007. Suppose, you made more money and tax withheld are less, you owe to US government and you have may have to pay penalty and interest on the amount you owe. If you do not owe though you have to file it for your records and have tax clearance.
