Invitation to first Nepalese meeting in Oslo

Dear friends,

It’s our pleasure to invite you all to a first meeting of all Nepalese living in Norway in order to exchange our experiences of living here and to establish a network among Nepalese either studying or working in Norway. We are also going to take this opportunity to reorganize the adhoc committee of Non-Residential Nepalese Association in Norway formed a while ago by forming a new committee that aims to take the role as an umbrella organization of all Nepalese residing in Norway for diverse reasons including students and their organizations.

We have chosen a day just after the great celebration of May 17, which we hope would give a possibility to experience the Norwegian independent day celebrations in Oslo. Accommodation will be provided for all of you residing far from Oslo at our friends’ places in and nearby Oslo. We, however, apologize for that the travel expenses must be covered by you yourself.

We would like to request you to forward the invitation to all the Nepalese in Norway who might not be in our email list but might be in contact with you. We hope you will help us in making this event successful by your participation.

Venue : KringsjÃ¥ Student-town (Under KIWI food-store).You need to take T- bane number 3 to Sognsvann from the central station and get off at KringsjÃ¥ station  where you will be received by one of us.

Date and time: Sunday, May 18, 2008, 14:00-19:00.

Registration should be done either via phone, sms or email before 5th may, 2008 by contacting one of us. Registration fee of NOK 100 is requested for a dinner and can be paid at arrival.

We look forward to welcoming you in Oslo!

Sincerely,

According to Jugal Bhurtel, spokesperson of the NRNA, the Russian competition 'Manager of the Year' was organised by Free Economic Society of Russia and International Academy of Management under the support of the Council of Federation of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation since 1997.

Dr. Mahato is the first foreign national to receive the prestigious award. As the winner of the title, he received a statuette of Catherine the Great, the Big Medal and a diploma amidst a gala ceremony held at Moscow President Hotel on April 22.

'Manager of the Year' is the most prestigious and popular among numerous events of the same nature and more than 2,000 business entrepreneurs from majority of Russian regions participate in the annual competition.

The jury of the competition includes representatives of Russian state authorities, leaders of top business organizations, eminent scientists and civil society representatives
