Hi..iam new to the US in F1..how you make arrangement to work off campus..as you are allowed to work only 20hr/week. and how to approach for Work Vacancies? Please provide me with useful information..

Apply for work permit showing your inability to pay for your tuition...and then apply for a job. Good luck.

You can apply for Work Permit ( Under economic hardship ) 9 months after you entered the United States. If you get approved, you can work off campus.

Try to find jobs in Indian restaurant and get the $$ under the table ...no need for work permint.
