I think it wont be that much strict because its not just us the nepali students but there are other millions from different countries. if they really wanted to take such action they would have done that before easily.

i think its just for Federal contractors and subcontractors employees requiring to verify their eligibility to work using the E-Verify system starting Jan. 15, 2009.

This e-verify is a voluntary program for US based companies.they may want to enroll into it or opt  not to do so..What they do is they verify the information in I-9 form against the DHS system.I have heard that there are around half a million inconsistencies in the Social security database..This E-verify thing is to scare the Gores not for us..
