I am not sure but it seems that you need to get citizenship status, and maintain good record .I don't know the fastest way for you to bring your parents to USA.

By the way are you planning for migration issue or just want them to come to visit you?

Are you talking about bringing your parents as "visitors" or as "Immigrants"? If you are talking about Green Card for your parents, you can file I-134, Affidavit of support for your parents and siblings. But you must be a 21 year or older US  citizen. You may want to visit www.uscis.gov to know "how one can be a US permanent resident".     I am not an immigration lawyer though. Anyway, good-luck for your parents and you.
