as  a matter of fact, i know somebody who just had a interview like a month ago and  already got approval to it. I was very much suprise because i was thinking the same way like mr jetho was thinking. I found out that  it all depends on how strongly you present your case. Belive me they will approve you if you have created a very strong case. Since you say, you will have your interview very soon which means you have already filed your case so it all depends on how you have present your case.  Best of luck for the interview and hope you had created a good case and supplied good supporting documents.
