Is it really necessary to flag posts as inappropriate? If you don't like it just ignore the post, there may be people who would like the post. I thought we were democratic and can share our ideas and opinions. I feel frustrated when people are commenting about a reply or thread and the post is not there. This is just a social website I thought not something that will destroy someone's life if it not flagged inappropriate. I can understand it when someone is being abused personally with fowl language and doesn't want the post to be there. Otherwise I think those who flag posts are just threatened by the other's idea being superior to theirs.

well said. I applaud you dood. Nepali have bird brain. They never seems to comprehend the new things they have just find out if they think the new idea is more superior to theirs. Instead of looking for more resource on where this certain person idea is coming from, they tend to lash back at you. For Nepal to move forward, one needs to accept the negative side too.

I'm not surprised that my post has been flagged with one star. I was going to mention it in my first post that I won't be offended if someone flags my post as well but I wanted to see if that will really happen. If I am wrong convince me I am wrong. It seems we only know how to take a micky out of other people and not resolve matters through intellectual debate and resolution. I am free to take on any idea that convinces me. For me I think people who stick to just one ideology fails in life over the long term.

I think starring on threads is a way to agree/disagree. I don’t have problem is somebody give me a star. I take is as a democratic process without harming, bothering, bandhing, killing, kidnapping, interrupting…………….

You are right bisal in a way but it also takes the right away from others who might want to view the thread or the comment made, once it is flagged as inappropriate by more than 20 people. In a way it is killing the person (not physically but virtually) who has raised the voice against someone else's viewpoint. As I have not been able to see some of the postings which has been flagged as inappropriate with a large stop kinda sign, I feel how undemocratic this process is. Since almost all of us are adults in here, I don't think we should have restrictions like underage children. The posting goes down the list if it is unpopular anyways. What is your opinion?
