Did king Mahendra Knew that one day this day will come in Nepal?
Was he right to sack all the political parties and impose Panchayat In Nepal?
I think he had little farsightedness and vision of thinking .

No, never, that made us 30 years lack, you can see India with largest democracy, has corruption, a lot problems similar to us, but democracy is a process, it will take time to flourish, they will invite terrorism and they will also invite civil war, but it is only the system that is seen in this present 21st century.

ya seeing Ganendra so easily paving the way for the florish of democratic revolution throughour the country and ending such a tentative history of monarchy for the sake of peoples supremacy ....but after more than One and half years still country going from bad to worst ....lawlessness, bandhs, hooliganism, foreign encroachment of nepalese territory, vandalism, strikes, leaders fighting for top positions and most important maoist are again provoked going back to jungle...
These all stuffs has now made me think some serious mistake was comitted.....

Timer here i am not promoting panchayat ...but i am talking about the farsightedness of king Mahendra ...i don't care at all about your thinking and same with others ..but let me remind you i would not choose to live in that 21st century that holds democracy inviting civil war ...and terrorism and corruption. ("these three words terrorism, civil war and corruption") is not a symbol of a democratic society and they do not go hand in hand ....they will invade each other in due course of time .....and i don't want to see a tyrant getting Birth ....

Sorry raju161, I don't mean you to agree with me, but it is part of society, you can see in south America, Asia or Africa, even in USA, these societies has faced these problems before if you have studied history and social sciences, it is part of wheel, because of lack of democratic practices, we will be lacking another 100 years, don't go so far, just be in south Asia, or north America, because of lack of resources, they are still struggling with democratic systems, be patient, it might be in our generation.

If we are to talk about geophysical structure of our country and amid compare with that of El salvador, i find our country sandwitched between most corrupt selfish india and most tyrant China. India is not ought to let nepal become a prosporous country- if Nepal wish to built road or even import petroleum it requires permission from that selfish india. China is busy with itself controlling its people not to let them cross the boundary of communism. Countries lying close to United states indeed can taste the fruit of democracy ...we Nepalese actually are walking the path set by indian players in the Name of democracy...,...
