Actually the issue i am going through is, I am a student and I worked in Pakistanis store at Manhattan for like 3 months but he never gave money on time now the problem is that because of his this late payment I left the job. I still need $900 to take from him as my salary but now he is saying that he don't have money and I cannot give you. He even said, you are illegal and you cannot work and you cannot do nothing to me.
Is there anyone who can help me what kind of action can I take him to get my money back and I being in a same side.

Hey Kcshabi, its even BIGGER "illegal" on his part to give job to the one who doesn't have work permit. Here, he is in more vulnerable position than you are. He would be fined thousands of dollars for his act. As for you, since you are a full time student, you'll just get a warning. Tell that Pakisthani how bad his position is and also tell him that you are going to make complain in the Labor Department. If he does not get it then lodge a complain to the Labor Department. They will probably not ask you whether you were working legally or illegally because its not their business. Their job is to make sure that workers are paid and paid appropriately. But, they'll bust that Pakistani's ass for sure.
Your first attempt would be to intimidate him by telling him its a serious problem if he don't pay you.
