Hello,


My employer is filing for H1 today. They had put the  "period of intended employment" date from December as my OPT expires on december. But the H 1B visa starts from October. Will it be ok for my start date to be december or does it have to be before October. I recall a post somewhere in the internet that someone's visa got denied because their "period of intended employment" date was after October. Please advise. Thanks.
