hi guys, i bought a book from ebay 3 weeks ago. but i havenot got the book yet. i sent an email to the seller but i didnot get any reply. i dont know what to do now. so guys can you tell me what to do now to get the book or to get refund. i hope you guys will help me. thnks

get the item # (it shud be in ur email) and the invoice # as well. If u paid thru paypal, its really easy. Log into ur paypal acc and in the help section find 'file a dispute' link. click on it and follow the instructions.

Dude: With PayPal in your case it may be easy because you have not received the book yet nor received any notice of shipment.
Onetime the carrier did not drop in right place, never received the item, disclaiming with PayPal did not find simple. Never got money back. On other occasion , I paid  35 dollar to participate in Nepali Conference , NJ. It did not go through when I was there, paid cash as a gentleman. They told me they will reimburse me, I claimed to PayPal. Never got the money back.  Case closed just like that twice.
