Hi Doctor,

My wife's got a little wart-like puff on her "Libium Majora" and I don't know if it is HPV or vaginal warts. Because I research online that if its a veginal wart it would look like tan-pale color. She has only on on the external Majora and it is Black. She once (without my knowledge) cut it and it bled. Now it still is there, and I don't know if she needs to see a gynocologist. Need your advice.

Thanks

Rash , we are on the
process to build community centre in Eastern Chitwan. Community
Centre will provide primary health care, Library, Training centre and
Club House . Regarding Primary Health care, there is not any
Government Hospital close by and almost 50% people can't afford
Private Hospital Fee even for basic health care . So we  will be
offering basic health care in local community and their neighbour
villages.

Now, We need help from
expert to train Local people for basic health service and medicine
people like you . Rash Community Centre don't have internet
facilities to talk to you (Face to face) directly from the community
centre but what can you suggest us on this matter ? How can we train
Local community member Maximum Level and who can offer this training
free ?

.
