Hello friends, I was able to get my F1 Visa renewal in Vancouver, Canada and i would like to share my experience in Sajha. I thought it might be helpful to other people.

I was enrolled in Master's Program and i had to travel for Conference in Canda with some other students. The documents i had with me include:
a) I-20/Valid Passport
b)My bank balance
c)Previous degree and my grades from first Semester of Graduate Program.
d)Letter from Department stating my Graduate Assistantship.
c)Invitation to Conference in Canada.

Questions asked to me by Consular at Vancouver:

: What are you studying in US?
: What project are you working on ?
: Are you going to Continue your study ?
Why do you wanna renew your Visa in Canada not in your Homecountry?
Me: I had to come here for a Conference along with my classmates and i had no other choice and at the same time i wanted to visit some places in Canada.
Consular: Alright, you can come pick up your Passport and visa later this afternoon.
