You have to spend something less that $2000 ( i think )in total if you do it yourself. It is fairly straight forward and can be done by yourself.

Through H1b you can apply  through PNP( Provincial Nominee ) program in alberta. View following link:

Minimum score is 67 as you said. You can give self assessment test
