To install a language use the application loader (Application Loader for All Blackberry Devices). When the application loader comes to the Device Application Selection screen,
in the list of applications that can be installed on the device will be
a list of languages. To install a language put a checkmark in the box
next to the language, and complete the application loader as normal.
