Will the land value of land on the outskirts of ktm (imadol area and further) appreciate any more than it is right now?
The real estate market in Nepal has already started showing signs of a fall. I was wondering if it were the right time to sell or to hold on to it as Ktm is gonna run out of land after a while due to the influx of population from all around the country.
I have some ancestral property and those still have "
Mohis" and they take half of the land when we sell it. I just heard rumors about the
Mohis protesting about getting 3/4 of the land instead of 1/2 the land? How true is that?
Any suggestions will be highly appreciated.
