Any foreign visitor (including high level officers or politiciations) are "taught" about etiquette before meeting people like prime minister whenever there is a cultural difference. Even in Nepal, they used to do that ... but they possibly ignored this part that led to this accident. I hate MaKuNe for other reasons but I really feel sorry for this denigration.
