Hi guys, I have a problem on the immigration process for my spouse. If you guys know, National Visa Center (NVC) has moved back the priority dates of every categories which affects mine as well. The priority date was current in 2010. I sent all the required documents, certificates and payment they requested. Everything was done from my side, just waiting for final interview date at Kathmandu. Unfortunately, they moved back the priority dates and my spouse’s case aren’t current now. Is there any suggestion to move forward this case to complete?

As far as I know, you can't do nothing until the date becomes current.
