Parents are permanent resident. Child is below 18 years and is permanent resident too.
How do parents apply citizenship for the child? Should parents include the child in parent's citizenship application OR need to apply for child separately?
Parents PR has been 5 years but child's PR is less than 5 years.

Parents can file citizenship by filling out n-400. Under 18 doesnt need to file for citizenship and they can simply get their citizenship via their parents. So, fill n-400 and include the child in parent's citizenship application before he/she becomes over 18 so that the child doesnt have to file an application. It doesnt matter if child's PR is less than 5 years.
Best of luck!

Pirka Ji,
What about petition fee for the child under 18 yrs who is included in parent's N400 form? Instruction says there is filing fee and biometric fee for the parent.
