Arent you working in a store or something? If you have a general education degree like business, education etc just give the name of your store. you can have the boss make a check for 20 hrs if you want. Dont worry. Your title can be marketing assistant, sales assistant. Associate etc etc. Take care.

 I am not currently working right now...But I had worked before in a different state, where I am originally from. Will It matter if I am in different state and if i give the employer address of different state...eg. I am in MN but Can I give the employer address in NY?. Please let me kno....

 As long as your employer is willing to say that you are working there shouldnt be a problem. Also the time grace time resets once you begin work. When i updaed my status, my advisor just asked the company name and the address, nothing else.
