Why would you want to? Ask your employer to drop that labor and file a new one. Your employer is making a fool out of you and most prob. it was a deliberate attempt of him, in association with his attorney, to keep you with him forever.
So ,…I say tell him that the attorney is no good and you would like to personally spend additional $7000 in getting and additional attorney to supervise the work of this attorney (because you think the attorney is incompetent in getting the labor.,… Make a case that the attorney will screw up the rest of the way as well. Finally don’t say anything bad towards the employer. Talk to him as you are discussing the future and both of you want the same good for you)
Labor takes 15 days. if there was a query then there was something wrong with the ad or the lawyer filed something wrong. When I did my labor it used to take a year to get a labor and you would know that the lawyer screwed up only after a year, so re-file or answer the audit it used to mean the same thing. You have a choice now… so use it.
