i just have couple of weeks left on my F-1 visa. Need to change my visa to h-4 (my spouse in H-1). Do I hire a lawyer or do it myself?
People say its pretty easy, so I want to do myself. But how long does it take. And please if anybody knows, do list the web site and info on that please. Thanks.

Yeah you can do it yourself. It is easy.
Download i-539 form from uscis website. You can ask trackitt if you are confused at sometime. It takes about 2 months to approve

my opt expires in a month...  do i need to join university or college to stay in F-1 status during the processing. I heard there will br 2 mpnths grace period.. what does it help.
