Cant speak good english, where can i apply for a job that pays decent and does not need manual labour?

 Assuming you dont have EAD you might want to rethink the "manual" part! Lots of Amigos make a killing in construction....

 Why dont you baby sit, its not that hard. 

I agree with Sanjubaba and Maxpayne. It is difficult to get a job that doesn't require manual labor if you can't speak English well. I know one lady who couldn't speak English well, worked in Walmart in clothes section (where you don't have to interact with customers). But she had a green card, so as Sanju baba said you may want to rethink.  Also as Maxpayne suggested, baby sitting is not bad. If you can gather 3/4 kids then you can easily earn 3000 bucks.

To baby sit , you need first-aid and CPR training at least. In emergency need to communicate to 911.
Who will be picking the 911 calls?

It must be either Nepali or Hindi speaking kids.

I doubt baby sitting would work. How can anybody trust a baby sitter who cannot call 911 and relay the information when his/her child needs it? <>

Gas station attendant might work. In NJ, all the stations are Full service so they need many attendants who stand by the pumps. Hello, thank you should be enough in most instances.

Just saw magorkhe's comment,.I guess I just repeated his point.
I still diagree that even Indian or Nepali parents would hire a baby sitter who cannot speak english. If I am leaving my child to a babysitter, he/she better speak english enough to dial 911 and report the problem and address.
