This news is about the guy who did Obama's Hope logo, the guy who didn't attribute the image properly rather he chose to sue them who generously let him use their picture of President. In the course, he tried to falsify and manufacture evidences to fool judiciary system claiming that the Hope image of Obama that he did in fact is his own. This guy is such an idiot that a year ago he acknowledged that image was not his and now twist in the story about what he's claiming for. He's just being prosecuted for fabricating evidences. That's it.
Just Go through all the comments and you'll find out that they're all dumb or just hardcore biased republican SOBs.They're all blaming Obama in a way that the guy is being punished for making his logo. Whereas I recall Obama wrote a letter thanking him for contributing such an skill during his presidential campaign. All those trolls, you can't expect much from them.
