Any opinion ?

only have a month of vacation and sometimes it might take some processing time. Should i apply first (before marriage) then have my wife apply later after marriage ?

What's a better way ?

Talking about H1B visa.

Thanks.

What Visa are you talking about ? H1B stamping ?? If that is the case I would recommend to have your Visa stamped first, get married and apply for your spouse.. Your wife will certainly get it ( there should not be any denial if all your documents are handy)
