You forgot Feb 16, Nepal Air 183 (Khidim crash).

This is still a very small odd, 0.00071697% (1-in-139475) of crash. Still one of the most safest mode of transport, by far!!!

those accidents are the only civil aviation related accidents....there have been more accidents if you include military, cargo, etc...
