bhutan was same as nepal when so called panchayat system was there, in 25 years bhutan has gone way richer than nepal while we have been enjoying and drowning in come of democracy loktrantra to do jpt, bp jp gagan thapa etc whatever has provided so much that we forgot there is such thing as economy richness that also brings happiness hence true freedom for all haha

I think Bhutan has about twice the installed capacity (power generation), which sure is a matter of shame for a larger country, but their generation/transmission is much controlled by India which is its first customer, even before the people of Bhutan. I'd rather have sovereign control of my generation, even if it is smaller in size.

kiddo: I wish we will not be treated as Bhutan but one of the project was handled by India (Hydro project ) the height of the Dam should be 35 meter but it is over 38 meter. Now you can imagine how we will be treated.   How much of it from remittance ( Nepal )?
