1. The G20 Summit is happening in Delhi. US President Biden maybe in town but the two missing leaders have made the summit less successful than Modi had imagined. The poor and working class residents of Delhi have been completely shut out by the summit. Thousands of houses were demolished and hudreds of thousands of shops have been shut down for the summit in the name of security for the VVIPs from around the world.

2. In Bollywood news, even with crappy films powered by so-called superstars continue to bring in the moolah as Jawan blasts the box office here in Nepal and around the world where Indian diaspora live.

3. More than 1.4 million people mostly young and abled have left Nepal in the past two years. The only people who made money from the migration are the education consultancies, manpower agencies, the labor and immigration department and of course our travel agencies.
