Does anyone know/have a list of countries that do not require a Nepalese citizen (also a permanent resident of US) to obtain a visa to visit those countries?

One such country I think is Switzerland. Are there some others in the list?

.I think Nepalese require visa in Singapore. However, we can get it on arrival.

How about Philippines, do we need prior to landing or it can be obtained on Arrival?

If you're a permanent resident of US, you don't need a visa to visit Switzerland.

My guess is that following are some of the countries that dont require a visa for Nepalese:

Uganda
Sudan
Somalia
Ethiopia
Afganistan
Burundi
Kenya
Sudan

Well, even if they ask for your visa at the immigration office, tell them that youi are from Nepal and they should roll out the red carpet for you :)

JB: (no offense!!). But I don't think it is appropriate to make fun of us about who we are, no matter what our economic background is or whatever. We all have our values and we love our country, no matter which country we are from. I'm proud to be a Nepali and so much proud of my culture, family values and the country itself. And I believe it's the same with those who are from those countries that you have mentioned. Your allegation (should I say?) is solely based on economic aspect. There is more to who we are and what we do. Personally I think it is a huge disrespect to all of us. Well, I think you are a Nepalese too, why don't you try yourself first and see if they roll out the carpet for you?

Let us seriously try to list the name of countries where we can have a landing visa or a visa waiver. Let us not forget that now even for transit, we need a visa in some countries including UK. There are some countries (not even recognized ones) that frown to see a Nepali passport applying for a visa to enter their area.

Jagaltybhoot,

You forgot to add Sierra Leonne, Bangladesh, and Mozambique.--in our visa free destinations. I guess there are many other nations that waive Nepalese nationals visa and entry for foreign investment and trading purposes.

Cecil, chill out. My post was with a touch of humour. I didnt mean to disrepect any of us or them. Its just like those harmless blonde jokes and sardarji jokes.
And yes, I am a nepali and proud of being one.

Kalebhut, very true indeed :)
