Why is the goat meat smells so bad. I know it must be an old goat, but is there a way to get rid of the smell. Is it even OK to eat?

i love khasii!!!err i mean khasii ko food...wt..i mean khasii when it is food!;o)...well and the smell..from wat i seen...ppl put in a lot of spices...or lime etc..to counter it :o)...thats wat i seen...so enjoy ur khassi when u have one ;o)..

anyways dyam now im hungry and salivating cos of the khassi talk....

well take it this way ...............some ppl love those smell....for example, ppl like me love lamb chop but they smell for other.......for me the smell brings me more appetite. It varies from person to person. If there is ppl who likes lamb and eat it then he enjoys smell too.
LIke that goat is no exception.........have u ever thought of different taste that brings with smell.......and you love it.

But if u want to get rid of smell, i will suggest that u should be using cinnamon, tej patta, cloves while u are frying your onion before you make curry. Murkha balak thats why ppl put cloves or cinnamon or cardamon on their goat meat..........Ani why do u put corriander leaves...........yeso socha ta.
