can anyone explain this sayari? this is from a hindi movie, "SAJAN".

"Takdir banane wale, tumne kami na ki
Phirbhi kisko kya mila, yeah to mukkadar ki baat hai"

i think, its a good sayari, but i don't understans its exact meaning.
i expect to have its translation into nepali. if possible, word by word.

To my best knowledge of Hindi, the first phrase is missing word "kuchh", unless it is implied by some previous sentences.

The second line seems to contradict the first, probably so left to create a sense of incompleteness.
