Hello all Nepalese…..

Soluble parties know that a Nepali person living in Canada having secret baby from foreign woman while he is marrying a young girl in Nepal.

This is very un-ethic.

This is very irresponsible.

This is crook and criminal act.

This is uncivilized and very uneducated act.

This is very bad for him, his or her families as well societies.

He is responsible 100% for his criminal acts…..

Well who the hell are you to determine what he should or he should not do ?

By your own statement you just mentioned that he has a baby with another woman. Well, there are literally thousands of couples who have children but they are not married.
Canadian laws has not barred anyone from having children with anyone if it is consensual of both the partners in a relationship between any man and a woman.

Simply because someone has already has a baby with man or a woman doesnt mean he/she is barred from getting married to anyone other than the person he/she has baby with.

"This is criminal and a crook act"
Well, only if someone files a lawsuit, the justice system will be able to determine if it's a criminal act. No one is declared a criminal until proven guilty.

"This is uncivilizied and uneducated act"
What is your defination of "uncivilized" and "uneducated". Different socities around the world have different definations for the term "uncivilized" and "uneducated". All socities dont agree with each other on their defination of these terms.

"This is bad for him, for his families and the society"
How did you find out it is bad for him, for his family and the society. And why ?

"This is unethical"
Well are you acting as a guardian of this man's ethics ? Why are you worried about his ethics? Are you going to be in trouble for his ethics ?

To: khaobaadi,

You seems that very serious oppose but serious defender for a bad Nepali man.

For you, it is OK to have baby with foreigner woman and go to Nepal get marry with innocent girl from innocent family.

This Nepali man is not taking responsibility and he did not care other.

In Nepal, No one give you daughter to marry with this kid of man. Will you?
So definitely, he must lie and tell all kind of false story and promises to her, his parents and her parents, too.

That is very bad.

Khaobadi is right in few points.
having baby from other woman whom he never married doesnt mean he can not marry to other woman anymore. life does not end up there. he is NOT a criminal just to have a baby from the relationship with other woman if both of them were in relationship and due to their love.

Giving a birth is not a sin. It is just a mistake to have one wihtout commitment and vision and goal.

like khaobadi wrote above, terms are differently used in different countries. being in canada and according to canadian laws it's not criminal, uneducated , uncivilized act.

It's everyone's choice whether anyone whould like to offer his/her daughter to him or not.

There are many people who would offer daughter to a man who has hariyo patta or passport from usa, no matter how he got that. they won't even ask how he was able to secure hariyo patta with in 2-3 years of coming to usa/canda. If he can not get never married gal, he will get divorced or widows, or who has gone through such kind of situation in life they will choose.

If he is legally divorced, it's his right to find his lifemate and get married. ofcourse he needs to be responsible for the kids.

Like khao said, You have no right to call anyone criminal unless proven by court.
and It's not anyone's business to publish anyone's privacy on the public for no reason.
Why you really care unless he is going to marry someone from your family? there are thousands of them who might be doing this everyday. can you stop them? then why you crying? you can be involved in real mess if you try to harras someone on the public. If you only spell his full name here, listen you are toasted in canadian court.

and sajha also does not allow to harrash or point anyone in public.

Life has always 2 parts. Let them learn from the mistake.
I see khaobadi goes straight and he has reason to speak. In my opinion, he looks situation from both sides. and he makes sense.
I want you guys to see from both side and accept the life in both form.

He is in Canada, I guess. May be he is the culprit itself. He is supposed to defend what he did.

Well, if the man is legally not married to anyone or is already legally divorced, no law of any country will bar him from getting married. Having children outside marriage is not illegal at all and the only burden he faces is the burden of child support.

He will be obligated by law to take the burden of child support if the woman (that he had child with) seeks child support in a court of law. Other than that, he wont be barred from getting married to anyone just because he has child with someone else.

Where the hell did the starter of this thread ever mention that he is not taking care of his child ? He has not been specific about this matter. The chances are 50-50. This is complete speculation of yours and you are not definate about if he is taking care of the child, nor is anyone else.

Well...

If this man is taking care of his child, and divorce with previous wife. Or pay to her whatever he did.

It seems O.K. in North America.

But in Nepali society.... it is not excuses

Because he knows Nepali social life and culture, and it is not good in Nepali culture.

I saw some Nepali man go back to Nepal and marry with innocent minor teen girl while having child and woman in foreign land.

That is crooks way of living.

Well, we all know that fact.

You wrote, "Because he knows Nepali social life and culture, and it is not good in Nepali culture. I saw some Nepali man go back to Nepal and marry with innocent minor teen girl while having child and woman in foreign land. That is crooks way of living."

Simply becasue he knows Nepali social views and culture doesnt mean he is a slave of Nepali social views and culture. He can disagree (so can anyone) and he has every right to choose not to follow and act according to Nepali social views and culture. No human being is slave of any culture around the world.

In the case of man you mentioned. Well, the girl's parents seem more to be blamed than anyone else because they should have been aware that it is illegal to marry any girl under the age of 18. I dont believe this girl was hijacked from her parents. Yeaa it is unfortunate on the part of the underage girl. She can could go to court to seek compensation for damages.

No case in the world where one side is completely white and the other side is completely black because things happen because of combination of several factors from the both sides. In family matter it is usually grey rather than complete black or white. This is reason why cases are so complicated.

hi guys, Its not a good subject to discuss that seriously, though we already started it so.....
Well I'm almost agree with Khawabadi, only thing is he(the guy who married Nepali girl) has to admit the reality whatever he did. I mean He got married and had a child but leagly divorced or had a baby with a girlfriend and so on whatever. The guy is bad only if he lied and get married with a innocent girl, otherwise life is a time which changes everytime. You have the right to look for better options but for that reason you dont have to victimise somebody, Thats it , Right?
