if you have BE from pulchowk, it is equivalent to US bachelors degree. however, if you have only IE from pulchowk it is equivalent to US high school, i.e. you need to start as a freshmen in US schools. Hope this helps.

Get equivalency for your Diploma. In Nepal Diploma in Civil Engineering is earned afer school, i.e. 10+3 = 13 years. But in US you can join for Associate Degree after High school that is class Degree = 12+2 = 14 years. You are lacking 1 year. But the course content in Diploma in Civil Engineering is superior than in Associate Degree here........You might get answer for your question by evaluating your credential. Good Luck.

It's equivalent to 10+2. I didn't get any credits but there are some colleges that give 30 credits towards bachelors degree. I agree with nepal ko lato that the diploma course content is superior than in Associate Degree in US... Pulchowk still has 3 years diploma degree?

Is it possible to get H1B in the field related with Computer Aided Design and Drafting with Diploma in Civil Engineering, 7 years work experience related with AuTO CAD in Nepal and abroad (not in US), and Bachelors Degree and Masters Degree in different field than Civil Engineering.
