Is it possible to get H1B in the field related with Computer Aided Design and Drafting with Diploma in Civil Engineering, 7 years work experience related with AuTO CAD in Nepal and abroad (not in US), and Bachelors Degree and Masters Degree in different field than Civil Engineering.

Thanks KnightCrawler. I have potential employer who offered job related with CADD. (Even they are ready to offer in Document like CADD Coordinator instead of Technician. I am consulting w/ an Indian Consultant too. But I was trying to be little bit aware as it cost around $5000.00 including lawayers legal fee and the lawyer will charge $200 for each REF. Also I do not want to deceive Employer has they are white. So I am afraid If I am investing on 0% return.

I really feel you Euta Ji,
I have few friends in Dallas, TX who have gone through the same channel to obtain H1B. I don't know where you are located, but they went through - http://www.vensiti.com and have pretty good response so far. One my fren's training cost him $1,800 but he does have a job now...pays in low $40 K.....But its always Catch 22, If I find more info, will let ya know. Good luck once again.
