fair enough. i guess alan made some very good points about the tournament. thanks bidhan for coming up with a more sensible and unbiased review this time :).

1) latter stage of the tournament has not lived up to the expectation--DEAD RIGHT.

2) If Portugal had scored a goal against France, they would have gone on to win--I HONESTLY FELT THAT.

3) Brazil needs to be vibrant to get to see a high quality tournament, sadly they were not--DEAD RIGHT.

4) Argentina were probably the best team in the tournament--WELL YES, PROBABLY.

5) England were a massive disappointment--YES.

We do hope for a fantastic final, but personally i don't think it is going to be. The team who, if happen to score, will go all out for DEFENDING and what we will see is a team of 11 defending like crazy. i hope i am wrong, but chances of that is slim.

all in all, not one of the greatest tourments by any standard. but yeah, surprise aplenty. who would have thought that Italy and France would be meeting in the final when the tournament just started.

well that analysis was not for those who don't need it. as for your posts and my reponses are concerned, i didnt have any grudge with you personally from the beginning, i only differed with your views. over the last few days, i have come to realise that i don't even need to hold that difference of opinions with you. sajha is a big platform and we need people of all nature and characteristics. i being a humorous person myself, can't help appreciating your humor and sarcastic interventions. you are one of the jokers here. and we do need a laugh every now and then. don't we?
