hey guys, does anyone know how long a company has to wait before filing for Labor once they publish the job in newpapers? i am not sure if it matters but its for EB2 catagory. appreciate it thanks

you have to publish main 2 ad in sunday's newspaper. Gap between two ad must be 30days and you also need to publish other 3 minor ads (see rewuirement of PERM). These 3 can be done any time no requirements. you have to wait for 30 days after 2nd Sunday ad. So, Preety much it will be 60 days in total from 1st sunday ad.
