I think the whole idea of cantonments and assimilating Maoists' PLA will back fire big time....Essentially, it seems like the govt. is creating another ARMY in our country. Something is fishy here...Depositing weapons is one thing, but gathering all PLAs in one area is same as creating Barracks for Nepal Army? Isn't it? ANd, reports are saying the govt. will feed them....So, technically, we will have cocurrent Army forces.....with Prachanda at the helm of one....I hope that is not the case....

My proposal:
Insteading gathering all the PLAs in specific cantonment areas, should not they be dispersed throughout the society, and be given the opportunity to get education, as so many Nepalis do, and may be utilize the money to bring in new development projects to employ them.......I just don't see any good thing coming out of having to Armies in a country like ours where poverty and corruption heads the list.......What do you guys think???
