Who is Indradhoj Chhetri? What is his background to list the top 10 currupt people of the country ? The polls are just as good as choosing 'sexiest man alive' by some popular celebrity tabloid..meaning just like there is no material basis to establish who on the earth is the sexiest man alive..there is no material basis to establish who is the most corrupt politician in Nepal except Chiringivi Wagle who has been slapped with jail time and monetary fine by the court.
