is there anyone out there who reinstate college after not attending for a while ?
i mean being out of status & then again INS taking u back
if anyone plz reply

she attended classes for 2005 fall semester,didn't gave final test too, but after that she stop attending classes.

Looks like,She has been in out of status for almost more than a year.it is risky to apply here for reinstatement but still there is a way she can reinstated...

1) Ask her to get admitted in some community college ,she needs new I-20 gets issued from US colleges
2) Go Mexico and Come back

If her Visa is still current and it is her first time being out of status,there won't be any problem just a matter of getting stampped in I-20 and getting new I-94...

I have seen couple fo folks getting reinstated that way even after a year gap...

But to be sure,contact International advisor ...
