Please help by answering this question:

What documents and records should the spouse provide (and at what phase) while applying for Green Card in EB2 category as a married couple?

Thanks.

For Spouse,
She/ he needs following documents:

1. marriage Certificate
2. Sealed medical report for USCIS certified doctors ( needs all immunization records) preety expensive about $400.00
3. Birth certifiactes
4. G325A form with parents information
5. If he/she already in US than copy of visa, I-94 , and passport
6. If worked in any place in US than copy of last 3 years Tax return papers and all W-2

All these will be rquired at I-140 filing phase coz you can file I-140 & I-485 together on EB2 category.
If you need any information e-mail me through sajha. Are you already married or, planning to marry soon.

I hope this will help

Thank you, Saan-dai, for your detailed answer.

Based on your direction, I looked at the pdf version of G325A form in USCIS website. It seems to be exactly same as G325. Plus the 4 pages seem to have same form copied again and again. What gives?

Also, the only items that need to be filled in G325A form for the spouse are: Last Name, First Name, Date of Birth, City and Country of Birth, Date of Marriage and Place of Marriage. Is this right?

What if the country of birth is different than country of citizenship?

So confusing, please enlighten me.

Yes, we are married. Thanks for asking.
